An order form will reach you soon. Should you wish to obtain photograph/s please send in the order form and full payment in a sealed envelope marked with your child’s name and class on it.  If paying by cheque, please make it payable to  ”Culter School Fund”.  All photograph orders need to be in school by  Wednesday 15th September 2010.

All our Primary 1 pupils will be attending school full-time as of  Monday 6 September 2010.  They should all report for school to start at 9.00 a.m. Their lunchtime will be for one hour -  12.20 p.m. to 1.20 p.m. The school day for P1-P3 pupils finishes at 3.15 p.m.

An Open Night has been arranged on Wednesday 2nd June 2010 from 5.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.  Primary 7 pupils will show parents around the school and members of the School Management Team will be on hand to answer general queries about the school.  The purpose of this Open Night is to allow parents who have not been in school to have a look around.

Friday 11th June at 1.45 p.m. Initial meeting in Canteen where parents  will be given information on starting school and meet with school staff and management. Staff  from After School Club, Canteen and School Office will be available to answer questions you may have.

Friday 18th June 1.45 p.m. Further chance for pupils to meet class teacher and classmates.

Please note that children who reach the age of 5 years on or before 17 August 2010 should begin to attend primary school in August 2010.  Parents of children who reach the age of 5 years after 17th august 2010 but on or before 28 February 2011 should be aware that they may choose not to enrol their child/ren until August 2011.

Parents should seek advice from staff at their nursery if they are considering deferred entry.

Parents should visit the primary school of their choice during the week 11-15 Janaury 2010 to enrol their child/ren.  You should take a copy of your child’s birth certificate with you.

We  received a copy of each Primary One class that was photographed earlier and you can see them at school.  A Parent Order Form is being sent home to-day with your child should you wish order prints.  Final orders and payments need to be in school by Tuesday 22 September 2009.  Cheques made payable to: “Culter School Fund”.
